Coach Mia Flory is Ashby's Head Coach, 15-18 Age Group Coach, and Junior Anacondas Coach for the season. This is her sixth season of coaching, but her first serving as the Head Coach. Coach Mia currently attends Bridgewater College and swims for their women's team. Additionally, she is an RA and a lifeguard, as well as a private swim inst
Coach Mia Flory is Ashby's Head Coach, 15-18 Age Group Coach, and Junior Anacondas Coach for the season. This is her sixth season of coaching, but her first serving as the Head Coach. Coach Mia currently attends Bridgewater College and swims for their women's team. Additionally, she is an RA and a lifeguard, as well as a private swim instructor and clinic coach with the Virginia Gators. Before college, Coach Mia swam 12 seasons for Ashby, and also swam for Turner Ashby and the Virginia Gators for several years. Coach Mia is looking forward to another great season of growth and fun for all swimmers!

This is his fifth season of coaching, previously serving the 7-8 and 11-12 age groups, but his first as the Assistant Head Coach. Coach Ethan currently attends Virginia Tech, where he is pursuing a degree in Aerospace Engineeri

Before college, Coach Ethan swam 7 seasons for Ashby, and also swam for Turner Ashby and the Virginia Gators. Coach Ethan is excited to tackle the challenge of a new age group and position again this year!

Before college, he swam 11 seasons for Ashby, and also swam for Turner Ashby and the Virginia Gators. Coach Wyatt is beyond excited to continue coaching for Ashby and can't wait to see what this season holds!

Sam Hildebrandt is Ashby's Utility Coach for the season. This is his first season of coaching. Coach Sam currently attends Blue Ridge Community College and hopes to soon enroll in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) school. Before college, Coach Sam swam 2 seasons for Ashby, and also swam for Turner Ashby. Coach Sam can’t wait to work with all of the swimmers this season!

Chance May is one of Ashby's Junior Coaches for the season. This is his first season of coaching. Coach Chance has swam 8 seasons for Ashby. He attends Turner Ashby High school, and also plays JV football and basketball for them. He hopes to teach kids, and help them learn and grow!

In her free time, she enjoys running, biking, and spending time with friends. She is excited to be working with the 8/Unders and is looking forward to helping the swimmers learn and grow this season!
